Meet Owner

Maranda Argiros, BCBA

Wife, Mama, and Behavior Analyst. I have been working with children with disabilities for the last 10+ years. My career began as a teenager working in recreational camps and daycares before obtaining my undergraduate degree in Special Education. I found my love for Behavior Analysis as a Special Education teacher in Seattle. I transitioned to working as a BCBA in family homes and the community due to my passion for helping clients thrive in their natural environments, as well as giving families and caregivers the tools and support they need.

I believe in a collaborative approach utilizing the natural environment that embraces strengths and interests. Client dignity, autonomy, cultural background, and values are always a priority in providing services.

Jenny Barcellona, BCBA

I am a devoted, fun, and caring Special Education teacher turned BCBA with over 10 years of experience working in the developmental disability field. I have always had a passion for working with children who have developmental disabilities. Starting at a young age, I dedicated my time to volunteering with organizations such as Challenger Baseball, Special Olympics, and more. After obtaining an undergraduate degree in Psychology, I continued on to get my Master’s in Teaching Special Education. Through my years of teaching Special Education, I decided to become a BCBA after seeing the positive impact that behavioral analysis has.

I work closely with parents, families, and other providers to collaborate on how to best support your child in their natural environment. I believe in using positive reinforcement strategies and naturalistic teaching opportunities to encourage generalization and skill acquisition. My priority is creating a safe and engaging environment for your child to learn, grow, and thrive.
